Hospice Toronto, established in 1988, is the first not-for-profit, community and volunteer-based, in-home hospice palliative care program in Toronto. Over the years, we have served more than 11,811 clients, becoming a recognized leader in providing high-quality, compassionate care and support for individuals and their loved ones facing life-threatening illnesses. Our services include in-home care, bereavement support, children's support programs, expressive arts therapy, a young carers program, and advocacy and consultation. We also focus on connecting and supporting children and teenagers who care for family members with various challenges. All our services are provided free of charge.
