Hope in Connection Counselling

Hope in Connection Counselling provides trauma-informed counselling from our Surrey/White Rock, BC office, offering in-person therapy across the Lower Mainland and secure virtual counselling throughout British Columbia. We specialize in psychotherapy using IFS, EFT, EMDR, and somatic-based approaches to support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, loneliness, and autoimmune-related challenges. We also help couples strengthen communication and connection. As Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC), we provide online counselling services to clients across Canada, including Manitoba, Newfoundland, Yukon, Labrador, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
