Homebaked Kitchen Company

Homebaked Kitchen Company is a fully certified, home-based bakery located in Chatham, Ontario. Established in 2012 by Jen Aitken, the company specializes in gourmet desserts such as French macarons, sweetie pies, cupcakes, cakes, cookies, brownies, and bars. Jen's dream of owning her own baking business became a reality with the construction of a licensed commercial kitchen within her home. All Homebaked products are handcrafted from scratch with a style of rustic elegance. In 2014, the company expanded to include a retail store front in downtown Chatham, partnering with The Paper Pickle Co. to offer customers a one-stop shop for their special events. At Homebaked, the aim is to create products that represent the joy and happiness of life's moments, whether it be a child enjoying a warm chocolate chip cookie or a family celebrating a birthday with a moist, decadent cake. The store is open Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 4pm.
