Healing Connections Wellness Centre

Healing Connections Wellness Centre is a multi-disciplinary clinic that offers a variety of modalities to support holistic healing. Our experienced and passionate therapists provide services such as therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, reiki, Bowen therapy, acupressure, reflexology, body talk, psychology, and yoga. We are dedicated to building a community where individuals can explore healing together. In June 2019, a new generation of owners took over the centre, continuing the legacy of integrity and heart established by the previous owner, Jane Lightbody. We believe in the integration of body, mind, heart, spirit, and emotions to create a holistic energy source for healing.
