Grounded Studios

Grounded Studios is a unique training facility in North Bay that offers a combination of Yoga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under one roof. Our state-of-the-art facility features top-notch equipment, professional mats, a comfortable lounge, and ample parking. We specialize in Hatha, Hot, and Aerial Yoga, and are affiliated with Team RENZO GRACIE OTTAWA for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We offer separate classes for each discipline, including programs for kids and women-only classes. Private instruction and group sessions are also available. Grounded Studios was founded in 2014 by Adam Gignac and Krystal Henophy, who aim to share their passion for yoga and martial arts in a safe and supportive environment.
