Green Energy Doors Open

The aim is to demonstrate Ontario's progress towards building a 100% clean and sustainable energy system. The event is free to host and attend, and takes place over the weekend of September 22-24, 2016. Sustainability refers to meeting our needs while ensuring the health of the ecological system for future generations. Sustainable energy involves the effective and efficient production and use of energy from distributed sources that match the end use. The 7th annual Green Energy Doors Open will take place from September 21-23, 2018. Visit different sites in your area to learn about sustainability, engage with industry professionals, and have fun while learning something new. The event is open to all and offers a variety of activities such as bike rides, wind turbine visits, and opportunities to connect with experts in the field.
