Gallery 44 is a non-profit artist-run centre that was founded in 1979 to provide a creative and supportive environment for photography. Today, our centre includes an art gallery, resource centre, darkroom, and production facilities. We offer education programs, weekend workshops, and gallery tours to a growing community of artists and photo enthusiasts. Our mission is to promote and advance the understanding and appreciation of photography as an artistic medium.
