Gala Bakery is a family-owned company that takes pride in preserving and sharing traditional recipes passed down through generations. Inspired by our beloved "Baka," we infuse love and passion into every pastry we create. Our gourmet pastries are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers. Since 2002, we have grown from small neighborhood markets to a thriving bakery and deli in Canada. In 2009, we expanded to a state-of-the-art facility in Hamilton, Ontario, allowing us to supply our products to supermarkets, independent grocers, restaurants, hotels, and catering halls across Canada and soon the United States. While growing, we remain committed to our roots and the high standards set by "Baka."
