Gabriel Fain Architects Inc. is a dynamic design office specializing in architecture, urbanism, art, and research. We are currently engaged in several large-scale urban projects in the Greater Toronto Area, including a 1 million square feet mixed-use commercial and office campus near the Etobicoke Creek. Our firm is particularly dedicated to addressing the "missing middle" in Toronto's housing market, with a focus on infill projects that aim to alleviate the city's rental crisis. Our portfolio includes new builds, laneway houses, renovations, and additions. Additionally, we are now prioritizing mid-rise residential buildings, including rental housing, affordable housing, and condominiums. To achieve our sustainability goals, we are incorporating mass-timber construction and other eco-friendly approaches, with the aim of achieving net-zero emissions by 2030.
