Full Circle Art Therapy Centre

Full Circle Art Therapy Centre is a registered not-for-profit organization founded in 2014. Our mission is to provide affordable mental health services to a variety of populations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) through group and individual art therapy sessions. We aim to help individuals express their authentic selves through creative means tailored to their needs. Our vision is to deliver affordable mental health services for all and create lasting connections within different communities. We started this organization because we have personally experienced the benefits of art therapy and want to give back to the community. We believe that everyone should have affordable access to mental health services and we aim to bring communities together through art. Despite art therapy being practiced for over 30 years, it is not recognized as an established mental health modality. Advocacy for art therapy is one of our strongest endeavors. In addition to individual and group art therapy sessions, we also offer art therapy workshops.
