Business Description
Freshii is a health-focused fast-casual chain that was founded in 2005 by Matthew Corrin. Inspired by the lackluster branding and service of "mom-and-pop" delis in New York City, Corrin aimed to revolutionize the fresh food industry by adding magic to it, similar to how Starbucks branded the coffee bean. Freshii's goal is to create a scalable and branded model that improves the way people eat globally. Currently, Freshii operates hundreds of locations in various cities and countries worldwide, offering a menu that includes tossed-to-order salads, soups, burritos, and more.
