Our company was born out of the Calgary 2012 iGEM Project, which successfully developed a bacterial method for fast and reliable measurement of oil and gas toxins. Currently, our team is focused on creating our first product, the Field Ready Electrical Detector (FRED), specifically designed for general toxin sensing. This innovative device will provide a comprehensive testing solution for detecting the presence of toxins in water samples. At FREDsense, we aim to revolutionize water quality monitoring by building portable water quality sensors that make it easier than ever to determine the composition of water. Our mission is to provide individuals and organizations with the necessary tools to ensure the safety and purity of their water sources.
