★★★★★Terrible company to deal with. 15 months ago, they did a small deck and step, with rubber stone, to match my rubber stone driveway. The colour is way more yellow, than my driveway. The installer, even agreed it was more yellow, but continued install. I have got a letter from CEO Joel Paradis, cc Curt Emde(Calgary branch), saying they would reskin the job if the colour doesn't fade in one year, to match the driveway. It has been 15 months and no colour fade change. Now they don't reply to my emails or phone calls. The product is decent, but the company has no customer service or warranty. I see Joel Paradis, has started another company, called Kapkrete, with a Calgary branch, the same address. I would stay away, from both these company's and shop elsewhere.☆ Utile (0)⚐ Signaler
