Foundation Health Centre is a locally owned and operated healthcare facility located within Kelly Wicks Physiotherapy PC. We have a spacious 6000sq ft facility that houses various treatment rooms. Our team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, a kinesiologist, and a dietitian. We pride ourselves on collaborating with other local practitioners to provide comprehensive and collaborative healthcare services. Our core team is comprised of registered healthcare professionals, and we also offer additional specialty services as available. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and quality healthcare services, and we strive to achieve this by delivering timely and efficient care that exceeds our clients' needs. In addition to our core team, we also have consultant clinical psychologists and medical doctors to ensure our clients receive the best possible care for their health and wellness.
