Float On Bakeshop & Cafe is a family-owned bakeshop and cafe that specializes in delicious gluten-free food and locally roasted Elysian coffee. We are dedicated to providing dairy-free and vegan options as well. On weekends, we offer waffles and/or crèpes, and our sandwiches are made with our amazing 'rye' bread or house-made baguette. In addition to our regular menu, we also offer wholesale options for cafes, grocers, and restaurants who want to provide their customers with gluten-free options from a dedicated facility. We also welcome special orders for events such as showers and birthdays. While we do not use peanuts or sesame in any of our recipes, please note that we cannot guarantee that our ingredients come from a peanut and sesame-free facility.
