Flex Massage Therapy

Flex Massage Therapy is a team of experienced Registered Massage Therapists with a wide range of bodywork skills, including myofascial techniques, Somatotherapy, Reflexology, and Reiki. We have a 12 year professional relationship with Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children, where we have served as researchers, staff workshop facilitators, and members of their Palliative Care Team. We also provide weekly staff Massage Therapy for their Wellness Program. Our services are covered under most Ontario extended healthcare plans. Originally known as Bay Gerrard Massage Therapy, we relocated to 415 Yonge St in 2013 and changed our name to Flex Massage Therapy. Despite the change in location and name, our team of therapists remains the same, providing exceptional service.
