FITMOM Durham

FITMOM Durham is a fitness center that offers prenatal fitness classes, childbirth education, and group fitness classes for moms and babies. They provide classes for women at all fitness levels, including pregnant, postpartum, and experienced moms. FITMOM aims to help women maintain healthy pregnancies, bond with their babies, and connect with other mothers. The organization was founded by Andrea Page in 2000 and has since expanded to over 15 locations across Canada and the U.S. FITMOM Durham welcomes women to join their classes and become part of their supportive community.
