First Place OPTIONS

First Place Options is a nonprofit charity in Ottawa that offers free decision aid coaching and support for unintended pregnancy. We provide a range of services including unplanned pregnancy decision aid coaching, pregnancy support, doula (labour) support, post-adoption grief support, post-apprehension grief support, post-abortion grief support, and THRIVE Community Education Program Presentations. Our services are available to women, men, and families facing an unexpected pregnancy, pregnancy loss, or in need of post-abortion grief support. Our office is warm, professional, and inviting, and our well-trained and compassionate team is here to provide a safe environment for you to process your decision.
