Esther Myers Yoga Studio offers a deeply reflective and student-centered approach to yoga called Thinking Body Yoga. This approach emphasizes practicing yoga slowly, intelligently, and safely with the guidance of highly trained teachers who have a thorough understanding of anatomy and natural movement potential. The studio aims to help students develop greater independence, pleasure, and ease in their bodies, as well as curiosity of mind and an active inner life. Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and Esther Myers, the yoga taught at the studio is accessible, relaxing, and energizing, highlighting the connection between breath, gravity, and spinal mobility.
