100 Elements

Canadore College's School of Culinary Arts is introducing 100 Elements, a new casual fine dining experience in North Bay. Students will have the opportunity to create and serve six-course meals under the guidance of award-winning chefs and experienced professors. The restaurant offers a combination of classical and modern cuisine, with a focus on Ontario wines, local beers, and fine single malt scotches. Lunches are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $19.25, while dinners can be enjoyed on Thursdays and Fridays for $37.50.
