EkitiKete Canada Inc. is a charitable organization established in 1998 with the aim of bringing together Ekiti sons and daughters residing in Canada to advance the progress and cause of our association. We work collaboratively with other Ekiti organizations worldwide to promote peace, unity, and stability for the interests of Ekiti State. Our organization undertakes specific projects in Canada and globally that benefit Ekiti State and contribute to its development and growth. We are committed to preserving and promoting Ekiti Cultural Heritage through educational and socio-cultural programs. Additionally, we provide a platform for the exchange of ideas, facilitate the dissemination of these ideas, and engage in frank discussions to contribute workable solutions to the challenges facing Ekiti State. As a watchdog, we monitor the activities of successive Ekiti State governments, communicate our observations, and play a patriotic and unbiased role. We also recognize and honor individuals who have made significant contributions to the progress of Ekiti State or have positively impacted the lives of Ekiti State indigenes. Furthermore, we strive to alleviate the suffering of the masses and the underprivileged in Canadian society and beyond, as well as contribute to peacekeeping efforts in troubled parts of the world. Through our classes, workshops, youth camps, and excursions, we provide social, moral, intellectual, and cultural support to our members and foster the cultural development of the community.
