Dr. Melady Preece

Dr. Melady Preece is a Clinical Psychologist registered in British Columbia and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at U...BC. With post-doctoral training in mood disorders, neuropsychology, chronic pain, and forensics, Dr. Preece conducts assessments on adults and adolescents with mental health disabilities in association with Vancouver Coastal Health. These assessments involve individuals with multiple diagnoses such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, fetal alcohol syndrome, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Preece also provides parenting and vocational assessments, works with the transgender population, and offers groups for individuals with anxiety and depression. Additionally, she has a limited number of individual therapy clients.
