DanCe 4 FiT

Dance 4 Fit is a fitness concept that combines dance and fitness movements to Caribbean music, such as soca and dancehall. The founder initially started with regular fitness to achieve physical results and gained the necessary skills for executing basic fitness movements. With a passion for dance since a young age, including ballet, modern jazz, tap, and hip-hop, the idea of a high-intensity fitness program with dance elements emerged. Dance 4 Fit aims to provide a fun and energetic workout experience while incorporating various dance styles to enhance overall fitness and enjoyment.
