Dalhousie Security Services

Dalhousie Security Services offers support, advice, and a place to chat at our new Community Outreach Office located in room 204 of the Life Sciences Centre. Our main office on the Halifax campuses is in the Marion McCain Arts & Social Sciences Building, while our office on the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus is in the Dairy Building. We provide 24/7 coverage through vehicle, bicycle, and foot patrols, with all officers trained in first aid. Our Community Outreach Office specializes in emergency response procedures, threat assessments, crime prevention assessments, and safety plans for survivors of sexual violence and harassment. In case of emergencies, call 4109 on Halifax campuses and 893-4190 on the Agricultural Campus. We encourage everyone to stay vigilant and report any safety concerns.
