Cultural Interpretation Services for Our Communities (CISOC)

Cultural Interpretation Services for Our Communities (CISOC) is a dedicated organization that aims to provide the highest quality cultural interpretation, translation, language assessment, and training services. Our goal is to ensure equitable access to various services such as health, legal, social, educational, and community support through cultural interpretation. We also strive to promote and celebrate inclusion, cultural diversity, and social diversity in our communities. We work cooperatively with the members of our communities to achieve these objectives. With a team of over 160 professional interpreters and translators proficient in more than 60 languages and dialects, we offer a range of services including interpretation (on-site, phone, or internet), translation, online training for community interpreters and medical knowledge, intercultural training, and language assessments (CILISAT). Our vision is to build strength and unity in our changing community through the provision of language services.
