Cosmic Treats

Cosmic Treats is a fully licensed, kid-friendly vegan restaurant, dessert bar, ice cream parlour, and candy shop located in Kensington Market. Our mission is to provide vegans with unique and delicious food and treats that cannot be found anywhere else. We also aim to satisfy omnivores by offering familiar comfort foods that do not taste vegan but are simply delicious. Our menu includes a rotating selection of over 40 flavors of artisanal ice cream made in-house using a cashew nut base. Our ice cream has been recognized with the Toronto Veggie Award for "Best Vegan Ice Cream" in 2016 and 2017. The owners of Cosmic Treats, Tim and Elliot, are a husband and husband team who have been vegan since 2001. They have traveled the world in search of the most delicious vegan eats and treats, and they have brought their favorites to Cosmic Treats. In addition to ice cream, we also offer a variety of homemade baked goods and a Wall of Candy featuring unique vegan treats. Our establishment has been named one of the "25 Best Vegetarian and Vegan Restaurants and Bakeries" by Now Magazine in 2016. Cosmic Treats is a modern and vibrant spot with orange seating, offering a wide range of unusual vegan dishes, desserts, and boozy milkshakes.
