Coco Brooks Foothills

Coco Brooks Foothills is a pizza restaurant located in SE Calgary on the corner of 52st and 42ave SE. It was founded by Richard Osiowy and his family in 1997. Unsatisfied with the quality of pizzas available, Richard conducted extensive research and developed new recipes for pizzas with a good crust and high-quality toppings. He set up a "Test Kitchen" in his garage and tested the new flavors on friends and neighbors, receiving positive feedback. The pizzas at Coco Brooks Foothills have a thick, light, and crisp crust, using the best tomato sauce, quality meats, fresh vegetables, and a good portion of mozzarella. They offer unique flavors like Egg 'n Bacon Pizza, No Cheese Veggie Pizza, Louisiana Chicken Pizza, Banana Bread Pizza, and Pizza Fruta, as well as traditional favorites like Pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Cheese. Coco Brooks Foothills serves 8" single-serve pizzas only, with options for hot fresh baked, take n bake, and frozen pizzas, pasta, and calzone. They provide dine-in, takeout, and delivery services to the Foothills Industrial Park in SE Calgary.
