Clinton's Tavern is a historic pub in Toronto that opened its doors in 1937. It started as a typical watering hole but later became known for its exclusive "members only" club on the upstairs floor, frequented by famous singer Frank Sinatra. In 1955, Clintons became one of the first bars in the city to allow women, providing a classy atmosphere for both men and women to enjoy their drinks together. In 1985, the back of the bar was opened for live shows, which helped launch the careers of many Canadian musicians, including Jeff Healy, Drake, Barenaked Ladies, and more. Clinton's Tavern continues to be a popular local spot, offering live music, trivia nights, dance parties, and delicious bar food in the heart of Koreatown.
