This means that we bake our own bread, roast our own meat, and make our own dressings and relishes for our sandwiches. We extend this dedication to all aspects of our menu, starting with sourcing the best and freshest ingredients. We also make our own smoked salmon and use fresh pasta for our lasagnes. Our desserts are made in-house and change with each season's harvest.
