Chon-Gyung Taekwondo is a new Martial Arts academy located in Downtown Bedford, Nova Scotia. We offer instruction in World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) style taekwondo, focusing on respect, discipline, anti-bullying, and self-defense. Our classes are available for both adults and children. Children's classes are fun and energetic, teaching taekwondo skills as well as confidence and self-awareness. Adults can enjoy a great workout regardless of their current fitness level, with their fitness improving as they learn new skills. Come try a free class and see for yourself!
