Chocollata Brigadeiros is a family-owned business that was established in 2015, pioneering the introduction of Gourmet Brigadeiros in Toronto. Fueled by a love for Brigadeiros and a desire to share the taste of their Brazilian roots, the family started making their own treats when they couldn't find them in Toronto. With a few years of success under their belt, Chocollata now aims to support individuals with Down Syndrome by hiring them and contributing to Down Syndrome organizations. In July 2018, they opened the first-ever Brigadeiro concept store in Toronto.
