Champignons Charlevoix inc.

Champignons Charlevoix Inc. is a company specializing in the cultivation of high-quality pleurote mushrooms. Our selection of premium specimens allows us to produce top-notch mycelium within our own facility. Our growth substrate, primarily composed of wood, is enriched with natural, top-quality ingredients. By providing optimal growing conditions that mimic those of the forest, our pleurotes develop in their natural element, resulting in a unique and unparalleled taste. Located at the foot of Mont Grand-Fonds in the heart of Charlevoix, our dedicated cultivation facilities span 4,000 square feet. We also offer a range of mushroom-based products and vegetable blends. Our boutique is open from February to late April, with a phone call ahead recommended. From May 1st to October 11th, 2022, our boutique is open seven days a week from 9 am to 4 pm.
