★★★★★I've been doing all of my mortgage through my bank and was never really happy with their service. They were slow, the rates were never that good and I had to wait on the phone for hours to get any sort of customer support. I decided to try and go with a mortgage broker and see how it turned out, thats how I found certified mortgage broker.
