Canadian Condominium Institute

The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) is a national, independent, non-profit organization dedicated to addressing condominium issues in Canada. Since its formation in 1982, CCI has been the leading association for all participants in the condominium community. CCI serves as a clearing house and research center for condominium issues across the country and provides assistance to its members through education, information dissemination, publications, workshops, conferences, and technical support. CCI also conducts objective research for practitioners and government agencies on all aspects of condominium operations and advocates for improvements to legislation at the provincial and federal levels. Additionally, CCI promotes higher standards in all services provided to condominium clients and operates through Chapters throughout the country. The National membership meets annually in Toronto, and day-to-day operations are managed by the National Board, Executive, and Taylor Enterprises. With over 125,000 condominium units represented in Toronto, CCI is the leading organization in the national condominium industry, providing education, information awareness, and access to expertise for its members.
