Canada Running Series West

The Canada Running Series West offers great local races in Vancouver. The Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5k, taking place on June 25, 2017, offers a mainly downhill course that allows runners to achieve new personal bests. The route follows the shoreline from UBC to finish in Stanley Park. The event also includes a 5k race that loops around Lost Lagoon in Stanley Park. Participants can enjoy live entertainment along the way and support their charity of choice through the Scotiabank Charity Challenge. Another popular event is the Vancouver Eastside 10k, which takes place on September 16, 2017, and provides an opportunity to support local charities.
