Butler Opticians

Butler Opticians is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1967. We believe that maintaining excellent quality is more important than focusing solely on price. Our success is based on building long-term customer relationships and providing personalized service. We have a tradition of excellent customer service that everyone at Butler's works hard to uphold. The third generation of the family is now involved in the business, continuing the legacy. Our founder, William Butler, was one of the premiere opticians in the province and raised and trained one of the first families of opticians in Halifax. John Butler, William's son, has been the owner and manager for the past 20 years and is actively involved in professional organizations to protect the public. Butler Opticians is located at the Halifax Shopping Center and has recently moved to the second level near entrance number 1. We pride ourselves on doing business the old-fashioned way, focusing on quality products and excellent service.
