Business / Arts is a national charitable organization that promotes partnerships between business and the arts. Through our mentorship program, artsvest, we have facilitated nearly 5,000 partnerships and raised over $21M in private sector investment for arts organizations. With matching funds, this has resulted in a total impact of $29.25M for Canada's cultural sector. We also collaborate with arts leaders, government, and the business community through initiatives like the Canadian Arts Summit to ensure a thriving arts and culture sector. Additionally, we conduct research and advocacy projects to support the arts. Our arts & business exchange initiative focuses on inspiring the next generation of business leaders to partner with the arts. Through various programs and events, we aim to strengthen arts and culture in Canada by connecting arts organizations with business patrons and volunteers, stimulating investment in the arts, communicating the value of arts investment, and providing recognition for outstanding business partners in the arts. As a national not-for-profit, our goal is to create a sustainable ecosystem for the growth of Canada's arts sector by involving more businesses, not only in the present but for future generations. We achieve this by acting as a bridge between business and the arts, facilitating direct investment, offering training and support for arts professionals, and educating and advocating for the importance of the arts in society.
