Breaking Bean is a new Japanese-style concept café called Breaking Bean Kafe, located in Vancouver. The café aims to bring Tokyo café culture to Vancouver and offers a unique coffee brewing experience using a specially designed "syphon bar" from Japan. Customers can witness the brewing process as water blends with freshly ground coffee in the upper vessel and then moves downward due to the vacuum created in the lower vessel. Breaking Bean Kafe prides itself on serving the most interesting coffee in the world.
