Bistro One is a highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant that offers a unique and interesting culinary experience. With an extensive wine list featuring over 100 wines, we strive to create the perfect pairing of exquisite food and exceptional wine. Since 1997, we have consistently been recognized as one of the top 200 restaurants in Canada. Our menu showcases modern North American cuisine that changes with the seasons and the creativity of our chefs. Our intimate atmosphere and professional service ensure a memorable dining experience. Originally opened in 1994, we relocated to a larger and more beautiful location in 2002 to accommodate our growing business. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday at 5pm, and will also be open on select Sundays and Mondays in December.
