Bistro Mimmo is an Italian restaurant located in Old Montreal, just a few steps away from Notre-Dame Basilica. The restaurant is owned and operated by Camilo Noorjalali, originally from Iran, who drew inspiration from Italian cuisine while living in Italy. After immigrating to Canada in 1985, Camilo worked as a chef in various Italian restaurants in Toronto, Drummondville, Magog, and eventually settled in Montreal. Bistro Mimmo aims to offer authentic Italian dishes in a charming and historic setting in the heart of Montreal's old town.
