Between Mothers Wellness Centre aims to empower women during their pregnancy and birth journey. The founder, Angela Sacco, is passionate about helping women feel confident and supported during this vulnerable time. With her background as a nurse, doula, massage therapist, yoga instructor, mother, and woman, Angela provides a comprehensive approach to prenatal care. Through her unique prenatal yoga program, women learn how to support their bodies during pregnancy and gain tools for labor and delivery. The program is constantly evolving based on the experiences and stories shared by the women in the community.
