Beach Strip parkrun

Beach Strip parkrun is a free event that takes place every Saturday at 8AM (April-Oct.) and 9AM (Nov.-March). It is organized by local volunteers and is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness level, or physical ability. The event is not about racing, but about running and enjoying the park. Your run is timed, allowing you to track your personal bests and compare your performance with other participants worldwide. Beach Strip parkrun is part of a global network of parkruns, with over 118,000 kilometers covered by parkruns worldwide. As long as there are volunteers and supporters, the event will continue to be free and inclusive for all.
