The branch has a commenting policy that asks supporters to engage in respectful discussions and refrain from posting personal information, profanity, personal attacks, graphic or violent content, and irrelevant topics. They also do not allow the promotion of illegal activities or organizations responsible for animal abuse. Reports of animal cruelty should be directed to the BC SPCA Provincial Call Centre. The branch reserves the right to remove posts that violate their policy without notice. They are open every day except statutory holidays, with specific office and adoption hours.
