Barné Building & Construction

Barné Builders & Construction is a leading builder of high-quality, energy-efficient Guildcrest modular homes. With over 25 years of experience, our factory in Morewood, Ontario is CSA certified in Canada and State-certified in several northeastern states in the U.S.A. As one of the largest modular housing producers in Canada, we are proud to be one of over 40 authorized builders. Our homes are available to lot owners across Northern Ontario, and we are actively involved in residential development projects and "Adult Lifestyle" communities. We have also established strong relationships with Ontario's First Nations communities. At Guildcrest, we believe that high-quality modular housing will become the standard for new home buyers. Building indoors provides advantages such as material protection, worker comfort, and superior quality control, especially in our northern climate. It also allows for more efficient material usage and better waste management practices. We are committed to supporting the advancement of our industry through active participation in associations and dialogue with regulators. Guildcrest is a member of the Canadian Manufactured Housing Institute (CMHI) and the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA), both dedicated to improving the home building industry and factory-built housing.
