Ashoka Canada

Ashoka Canada is a non-profit organization that aims to create a world where everyone has the freedom, societal support, and confidence to be changemakers. They work with various sectors of society to enable this vision. This includes selecting and supporting social entrepreneurs through their fellowship program, empowering young people to create their own social ventures, collaborating with universities and colleges to establish changemaking hubs, and working with companies in innovative ways. Ashoka Canada's ultimate goal is to build an entire ecosystem of changemaking throughout Canada. They strive to shape a global, entrepreneurial, and competitive citizen sector that allows social entrepreneurs to thrive and encourages individuals worldwide to think and act as changemakers.
