The Agricom Journal is a French-language agricultural journal that aims to defend and promote the interests of Franco-Ontarian farmers and raise awareness among the general public about the importance of agricultural causes. Since its founding, the journal has fought for the advancement of Franco-Ontarian farmers in the green revolution and adaptation to global agricultural markets. The Agricom team consists of journalists, agri-food specialists, columnists, editorialists, and other contributors who regularly provide news on local, national, and global agriculture. The primary objective of the journal is to inform the Franco-Ontarian public about the agricultural and agri-food industry in Ontario, as well as give a voice to farmers, advocate for their rights as a minority group of entrepreneurs, and make them known to non-farmers. Agricom encourages citizens of Ontario to share their opinions through open letters or by submitting current topics. To submit a topic or open letter, please contact our editor-in-chief, Roxanne Lormand, at redaction@journalagricom.ca or call 613 488-2651 ext. 200. Fax: 613 488-2541. Agricom is a monthly publication available by subscription. To subscribe, visit our website at journalagricom.ca.
